Service Request (Within Manufacturer's Warranty)

If your winch is not operating properly, please review all troubleshooting and FAQ  in your owner's manual.  Additionally, warranty information specific to your winch can be found in your owner's manual or you may review the general warranty statement below.

If your winch meets the warranty criteria, please proceed by selecting this option and adding to your cart. 

You will receive an email requesting additional information and proof of purchase request.  Upon receipt of your proof of purchase, you will be provided a link to print your prepaid shipping label.  Your winch will be shipped to an authorized service center for repair and returned to you at no cost.
