If your winch or jack is not operating properly, please review all troubleshooting and FAQ in your owner's manual. You may also reach out to sales@powerwinch.com or 800-793-4793 for technical support or warranty questions.
If your winch meets the warranty criteria outlined below, please proceed by selecting the appropriate product and adding to your cart. At checkout, please enter the shipping address for your repaired or replaced product. Your total will be $0 and no payment method will be required.
Next, you will receive an email confirming your request and and instructions on what additional information along with your receipt or proof of purchase is needed.
Upon submission of your proof of purchase, you will be provided a link to print your prepaid shipping label. Your item will be shipped to an authorized service center for repair and returned to you at no cost.
WARRANTY
Marmon Power Systems warrants to the FIRST retail Purchaser that the Powerwinch Product is free of defects in material and workmanship within the terms and conditions as set forth below. Marmon Power Systems’ obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Marmon Power Systems’ option, of any defective component within the stated warranty period. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
- Electric Trailer Winches - 1 year parts
- Electric Camper Winch - 2 years parts
- Electric Windlass or Capstan - 2 years parts
- Manual Winches - 5 years parts
- Manual Jacks - 5 years parts
