RETURN POLICY

We are committed 100% to bringing you authentic, quality products and hassle-free shopping experience.  But if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any parts to us within 30 days from your date of order, provided that the product(s) is in its original packaging and condition.

EXCEPTION ON RETURNS

Parts damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. All return orders can be charged a 10% Restocking Fee based on the condition the product is returned in.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) visit https://powerwinch.myshopify.com/collections/all and click return to start the process or contact us at 1-800-793-4793 or email us at sales@sfeg.com referencing your order number. An email will be sent within 48 hours of the request with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. Please include a copy of the original receipt and the email with the return.
